JANE DUBIN is a Tony, Drama Desk and Drama League Award-winning producer and the President of Double Play Connections, a theatrical production company committed to supporting the development of new work. Jane is a graduate of the CTI 14-week (NYC) and O’Neill (CT) Producing Workshops and Director of TRU’s Producer Development Master Class. Ms. Dubin is co-Chair of the Board of Houses on the Moon Theater Company, a past Board member of the League of Professional Theatre Women and was a Tony voter for seven years. She is a member of the Broadway Women’s Alliance, Off-Broadway Alliance, LPTW and Off-Broadway League. She serves as an evaluator for Bethany Arts Community’s residency program. She is a frequent panelist and guest lecturer on theater-related matters. Jane serves on the advisory boards of Elizabeth Mascia Child Care Center, Axial Theatre and Dirty Laundry Theatre. Jane has an MBA in Finance from NYU and was a partner in an investment advisory firm prior to her theater career.

Douglas Lyons is a GLAAD, NAACP and Emmy nominated writer, an Audelco award-winning playwright, actor, and composer whose work has spanned Television, Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Film. Douglas served as a writer and composer on Apple TV’s Fraggle Rock and the Showrunner of Roku’s Famously You. His Broadway playwriting debut Chicken and Biscuits was the 2nd most produced play in the U.S. in 2022–23. Jamil Jude is a highly accomplished director/producer/playwright/dramaturg focusing on bringing socially relevant art to the community. Jude is the Artistic Director at Kenny Leon’s True Colors Theatre Company in Atlanta, GA. He is the Co-Founder of The New Griots Festival, which is dedicated to celebrating, advocating, and advancing the careers of emerging Black artists in Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN. Jamil has had the privilege of directing across the country at venues like The Denver Center for Performing Arts, The American Conservatory Theatre, RoundHouse Theatre, The Alliance Theatre, Curious Theatre, Pillsbury House Theatre, Indiana Repertory Theater, Syracuse Stage, A Contemporary Theatre and many others.

Michael Sgouros is owner of the Players Theatre in New York City. The building includes, a main stage 200 seat Off Broadway theatre, the 50 seat Steve and Marie Sgouros theatre, four rehearsal studios, an office suite for arts organizations and the famous Cafe Wha. In addition, Michael administers the Players Theatre Self Producing Artist Residency Program. Through mentorship and a theatre subsidy, the residency is designed to empowering creative teams to successfully self-produce their work Off Broadway.

As a musician Michael has served as music director and composer for the Off Broadway shows Percussion People, The Selfish Giant, Treasure Island, Stone Soup, A Christmas Carol, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Alice In Wonderland, Tico Tales, Sleepy Hollow and Beauty and the Beast. A native New Yorker, Michael has enjoyed performing as drummer/percussionist in a variety of musical settings which have included the American Symphony, Philharmonia Virtuosi, Ethos Percussion Group, Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus and the Broadway productions of The Secret Garden, Falsettos, The Goodbye Girl, Sunset Boulevard, Miss Saigon and Phantom of the Opera.

Beth Blickers is an agent at Michael Moore Agency, where she represents artists who work in theatre, dance, television and film. She started her career at the William Morris Agency. Beth has served on the jury panel for the Weissberger Award, the Ed Kleban Award, the Lark’s PONY Fellowship and Playwrights Week and facilitated industry related workshops and panels for organizations around the country.

She is a Past President of LMDA and is the Board Chair Emeritus of Theatre Breaking Through Barriers, a New York company that works with artists with disabilities. She received her BFA from NYU.

A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in NYC, Amy Wagner began her career in the entertainment industry at Barbra Streisand’s Barwood Films before moving into representation where she has spent the past two decades. As a Literary Agent, Amy represents a wide variety of clients including screenwriters, television writers, playwrights, composers, lyricists, directors, choreographers and designers among others. Originally from St. Louis, MO but now thirty years a New Yorker.

Lucy Powis is a producer, dramaturg, and arts administrator. She recently returned to Toronto, where she was born and raised, and where she is the Artistic Producer at Tarragon Theatre. In her decade in New York City, she most recently worked as a Theatrical Literary Agent at Michael Moore Agency and A3 Artists Agency. She previously held positions in the artistic/literary departments of Roundabout Theatre Company, Williamstown Theatre Festival, and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Freelance producing and dramaturgy credits include work with Little Lord, The Bushwick Starr, New Georges, Under the Radar Festival, Next Door @ NYTW, The Segal Centre’s PRELUDE Festival, Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, Ars Nova’s ANT Fest, The Tank, HERE, and Noor Theatre. Lucy holds a BA in Theatre from York University and an MFA in Dramaturgy from Columbia University.

Heather is a NYC/DMV-based director, producer, and arts educator. Directorially, Heather focuses on new play development and devising original new works. Her pieces have been premiered and workshopped at Juilliard, HERE Arts Center, Epic Theater Ensemble, Keen Company, Waterwell, The Gallery Players, The Davenport, NY International Fringe, The Paradise Factory, Access Theater, The Kraine, Theater for a New City, The Players Theater, Bleecker Street Theater, Emerging Artists Theater, Magic Future Box, Manhattan Repertory Theater, and many others. Regionally, her works have been seen at Virginia Children’s Theater, Berkshire Fringe, Redhouse Arts Center, and the John Drew Theatre at Guild Hall. Heather is the Producing Artistic Director of NextStop Theatre in Herndon, VA. Heather is also the co-founder of the NYC-based Making it Happen Productions, which focuses on the voices of emerging artists who seek to use theater to engage audiences in dialogue and promote change.

Jonathan Hogue is a Tony Award-nominated Broadway producer and two-time Drama Desk-nominated writer, with speciality in new work development and creative branding from many years of experience in Executive, Administrative, and Marketing positions for Broadway & regional theatre, advertising, and NYC live events. He holds an MFA in Theatre Management & Producing from Columbia University, and is a proud member of the Broadway League.

His productions reflect an interest in stories that challenge, surprise, and invigorate. He is excited by new and underrepresented voices, and is passionate about presenting stories that subvert cultural ideas. While his works vary in tone and scope (from broad satire to naturalistic drama), all of his productions demonstrate an interest in wrestling with complex topics in dynamic and unexpected ways. His comedic works are greatly inspired by the satirical stylings of Saturday Night Live, Monty Python, The Simpsons, and Starkid, and his dramatic works pair quiet humanity with a surreal playfulness akin to the works of Lucas Hnath, Annie Baker, and Branden Jacobs-Jenkins. He has been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, The New Yorker, The Huffington Post, and Time Out New York (among others), and has received numerous rave reviews and awards for his various productions in NYC and around the world.

As a producer, Marmo has produced over 17 television shows and feature films. Most recently having produced the television series, Unsuited which will be distributed by Buffalo 8 and released late fall. Also Dinner Talk currently in post production. Additional television series include Two Sides of Love, Sherman’s In Sanity and 8 episodes of the comedy, Adults Only. Ronnie is in pre-production for the television series, I’m Not A Comedian… I’m Lenny Bruce directed by Tony award winning stage and television star, Joe Mantegna. Which Marmo also penned. Some of his other favorites are, West of Brooklyn and the short film Tonight Is Your Night which was just completed and is making the rounds on the festival circuit.

Marmo has produced over 125 stage productions in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago. Ronnie is now producing two shows on a national and international tour throughout the US and Canada with his productions of I’m Not A Comedian… I’m Lenny Bruce which just celebrated over 486 performances, as well as Bill W. and Dr. Bob which he has produced over 600 times over 9 productions in the last 2 decades. It is the origin story of Alcoholics Anonymous and is currently enjoying a multi-extension sit down run in Los Angeles. Los Angeles Premiere of Pulitzer Prize winner, Sam Shepard’s The Late Henry Moss, Pulitzer Prize winner, Stephen Adly Guirgis’ The Last Days of Judas Iscariot and Our Lady of 121st Street to name a few… Ronnie was the producer of the critically acclaimed, first ever 13 by Shanley Festival; which enjoyed a six-month run.
